Banish Gloom; Worried about?

National Debt Up Stagnant Economy; inflation up to 5%; new regulations costing businesses £43Bn; bigger Government- largest cabinet ever, 120 expensive new Lords and more ministers than ever before; insurance premiums up; charity funding cut to 2,500 charities; the Bog Society takes over; return of strikes, disruption and vandalism on a scale not seen since the 1980’s; help for business disappearing with Business Link etc closing down; banks not lending;

new employment laws can ruin small businesses; housing starts lowest since the 1920’s & bankruptcies amongst builders at record highs; huge taxes for doubtful green energy projects;10,000 skilled industrial workers sacked; NHS services running down. Overseas aid taxes making British businesses uncompetitive.

Whilst we cannot change the world, most of us can do something to help the situation. Here is our little effort.

Cut your costs

We can generally cut the costs of even small business by £2,000. Nearly all items of expenditure on services not used in manufacture can be reduced and you can enjoy cash-back on most transactions made through us. Ask for details

bulletEnergy
bulletWe get the best prices from all suppliers and offer cash-back. Let us show you the best deal by spreadsheets. We can weave our way through 2,000 tariffs. See our attached spreadsheet showing savings
bulletWe fight for compensation when energy companies let you down. (We won £9,000 for one customer from a supplier.)
bulletPrevent Roll over. About 70% of businesses let their supplier continue to supply when the contract has ended. We can remind you of renewal times.
bulletCredit; many new businesses cannot get energy supplies without a deposit. We can provide supplies without a credit check.
bulletEnergy Saving; we can save energy by many ways from full surveys to provision of inexpensive devices.
bulletTariff Change; sometimes consumers are using the wrong tariff. We can change for our customers
bulletCommunications:
bulletTelephone Call Costs; we have never been beaten on prices. The first thing we did when looking for suppliers was to ensure the voice quality and other services were the best available. From our short list of 20 we selected 4 and negotiated prices for line rental, local& national call costs, calls to mobiles, VOIP systems etc.
bulletWe have the facility to fix our own prices from our buy in prices and with our low overheads we are virtually unbeatable. Emily Davies, dynamic director of Dorset Blue Vinny and Dorset Blue Soup companies says the savings are "unbelievable" and she is more than satisfied with the service. Ask for details
bulletLow cost calls to mobiles. We can arrange for calls to mobiles at 8p per minute compared to the more usual 14p or so and perhaps much more to the G3 network. Ask for details.
bulletOn just 2 lines at a fairly small restaurant in Surrey we saved £148 per annum on line rental and broadband alone. Ask for details.
bulletVOIP systems are becoming more popular as the cost of PBX systems and the need to update means more capital being tied up. A common misconception is that a hosted system leads to a deterioration of voice quality. This is not the case; it depends entirely on the host’s system and efficiency. Ask for details.
bulletCalls from mobiles; the tariffs are so complex that you can never be certain that you are not losing money. We will look at your bills and show what savings can be made. It is not unusual to find that people pay 40% more than necessary. We can often buy people out of existing contracts so they can start saving right away.
bulletFinance;

Do you need money to expand? We have heard of many profitable and useful businesses collapsing because of cash flow problems and expansion schemes are often put on hold.

bulletWe can arrange for finance roughly on the scale of pre credit crunch rates. But there is usually an alternative to borrowing from banks; here are some ways our selected broker can help. Ask for details
bulletAffinity Schemes; raise as much money as you want. We provide services to any organisation and give back money for all participants who want to save money. Why not let us finance your company party? Ask for details.

Benefits of scheme are:

    1. All money raised goes for the project; no administration or expensive fund raisers.
    2. No one pays a penny towards the sums raised.
    3. All participants save money
    4. Money raised is not at the expense of other charities.
    5. The operation can be large or small; Suitable for a national charity,

a works outing or just £100 or so to pay for petrol to take elderly shopping.

bulletCollect you money quicker; let us collect in such a way that does not harm customer relations.
bulletFactor your invoices. Service to all businesses, large or small.
bulletLeasing; can be used for new purchases or existing equipment including IT. This can be tax efficient as well as preserving your capital
bulletGovernment Grant Scheme. Many stall because of the complexity. Our broker can help guide you through the minefield of regulation to get 75% grants.
bulletCar finance guaranteed to all whether wealthy or bankrupt if they can demonstrate ability to pay.
bulletBusiness Angels. There ore 250 on our principal’s panel with finance available.
bulletChildcare vouchers; a scheme is worth £800 per person and we can help set up.
bulletUse of payroll finance
bulletR & D finance. Up to £70,000 available and this includes IT projects.
bulletFinance from our broker. Loans can be obtained from our own brokers sources. Quick decisions, usually in 1 day.
bulletCash back from us. We pay back for business put through us.

Ask for details

bulletStationery Costs. Our principal will match prices from your existing supplier. We will also give a 5% cash back so that you cannot fail to save at least 5%, but it is usually 20% Ask for details.
bulletRevenge on the Banks.

Greedy bankers and other financiers, who have brought so much misery over the world, have to re- pay on mis- sold PPI. (Payment Protection Insurance). This covers almost every loan taken out since 2004. In South Somerset and Dorset, the share awaiting collection must about £100,000,000. We urge everyone who has taken out a loan since 2005, to apply. There are no upfront fees. Ask for details

bulletNew businesses operating from home.

We can now often get business energy rates for those working from home with supply numbers starting with 01 and 02. Ask for details

bulletHalve VAT, cut office costs by 50% and operate from a more politically stable environment. We can arrange office functions from stable areas of Morocco and India at about half the UK costs. Except opening the post and doing the filing all office services can be undertaken.
bulletDirect Mail Campaigns; Use carefully compiled lists by trade, area etc. Why not let us fax to selected people. They cannot be deleted. Alternatively, we can email your copy. Ask for details.

bulletNational Association of Business Services

There are many trade organisations out there who charge up to£2,000 per annum for membership and you may wonder what you get in return. These organisations may get beer and sandwiches (or is it now champagne and canapés) with the prime minister, but looking at the price farmers get for eggs and milk, the VAT rate and the host of new regulations that can ruin small businesses and the failure to give you money back on services that they provide, you may wonder if your subscription is worth it.

bulletWhy not join the National Association of Business Services? Membership is only £95 and FREE to all TenGo customers. In return, you get the best deals for all your non production services, topical notes every two months including tax reduction tips, special offers and new developments and of course cash back for using us.
