On this page, we will update the latest news of our products and services...

There are two main concerns of business people that are contacting us at present. They are finance and cost cutting.

bulletSo far as finance is concerned, we can usually arrange borrowing in excess of amounts available before the banking collapse. The rates are about the same as those prevailing elsewhere.

Money is not obtained through dodgy institutions which some Local Authorities and others have used. The reason that our principals can arrange money, is that some managers are more ready to lend than others. Our principals know these. Money is being lent and we can access these lenders.

When a loan is needed for expansion or just to keep a viable business going, there may be an alternative to borrowing by conventional means. We have about a dozen different ways of financing and details are available on request. For example, leasing is not used enough. There are often tax advantages and we can arrange leasing where others may not be able to do so. Ask us for examples. Leasing can be for equipment you already own. There is also plenty of money for the government guarantee scheme and for research and development, but guidance may be needed to access this.

bullet£300,000 for you?

Do not forget cost cutting as a means of raising money. We can usually save £2,000 per annum for even small businesses. Most people would be delighted to wake up on January 1st each year and find that they have had an order for £20,000 with a ten percent net profit. We in effect can place that order for you every year.

Most businesses get above 10% return on their capital. By investing that £2,000 per annum at 10% in the 30 years you may be in business, you would earn a staggering £300,000.from our savings. That is about £100,000,000 that could be ploughed into the economy from Dorset and surrounding area.

Recent examples of how much more people would have paid had they not changed over to us are;

Gas account 117%

Electricity 140%

Phone Calls 393%

Private Health Care 84%

Mobile Phone<?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = SKYPE />       Costs 62%

Buildings Insurance 28%

Energy use savings 22%

Water savings 196%

The mobile and land-line savings are not at the expense of voice quality or service. We can arrange domestic calls at very low prices.

The private health savings were partly achieved by elimination of cover for items not required. We specialise in company schemes and have made savings of 41% with extra cover.

bulletWe are running three campaigns at present to help businesses and people. They are RON (Renewal of Neighbourliness, ROB Rip off Britain and ROD, (Revival of Dorset).
bulletRON; shameful statistics show that about 15,000 or more people die of cold related illnesses per annum. Over a million people are said to live in one room in the winter to save fuel. All this could be eliminated by the use of our Affinity Schemes. These do not compete with other charities since no money is collected. Money is paid by us to the promoter of the scheme for distribution. Everyone benefits. The problem is to find people to run these schemes. Full details are available by email, snail mail or by phone.
bulletROB; Rip Off Britain. We are not paranoid, but it does not mean they are not out to get us, does it? It is not only sleazy MPs, and bankers, but nearly everyone is at it. There are punk trade associations that use their semi-captive market to fleece their members and credit card companies who charge silly compound interest rates on balances. We invite all members of trade associations to submit bills to see our savings.
bulletTelephone companies may offer cheap rates. There are often hidden costs that are in small print and we frequently find that clients are paying more than BT would have charged. We always produce spread sheets, wherever possible to show savings.
bulletRevenge on the banks.

In the normal course of events, we would not promote the elimination of credit card debt and claim compensation. We would leave that to a punk barrister but these are not normal times. In about one in three cases balances can be wiped out. With probably 60,000 in Dorset qualifying, with an average of £3,000 outstanding that is £18,000,000 that could go into the local economy. It is stressed that this is not only for people with overdue balances, but also for those whose accounts are in order.

bulletROD Revival of Dorset.

We offer a system by which local organisations can build up a fund to help businesses that are in temporary difficulties. A town or district can use our services and we make a contribution to that fund. With 200 participating businesses, there should be a fund available of £60,000 per community. This can be run by local organisations.

We have for a long time been helping local post offices and village and corner shops with our POViCS initiative. We are extending this service to Pubs. Help is of the order of £3000 in savings and cash-back and a similar amount is available through Affinity Schemes.

bulletBusiness Rates on Empty Business Premises.

Since April 2008 the government has applied full business rates on empty property. We can often arrange to reduce the cost by 60%. On empty premises rated at £20,000 we would expect to save £12,000 per annum. With about 500 qualifying premises, this would amount to £10,000,000 to go into the economy.

Whilst the examples are for Dorset, we are a national company and can be reproduced anywhere.

Of course we will not achieve these amounts; apathy is everywhere, but who cares?
